Please review the following

Custom Totem Crown Policy: As you are involved in the custom process and approvals along the way, there are no returns for custom totem crown hats. If the hat is too small, you may send the hat back to be resized but with customs, this requires deconstructing the hat to resize it, so please measure correctly in the beginning. If an element falls off due to craftsmanship, the hat can be sent in for repair. No refunds or exchanges. If the hat is the wrong size due to the wrong measurement sent and the hat needs to be remade, a $200 fee will be applied.

Prototype Sale Policy: There are no returns as they are on sale and heavily discounted so they are sold as is. No Refunds or Exchanges.

Accessories Policy: If they are defective, please notify us and we will inspect on a case by case basis for replacement.
